After the success of last year’s 25th anniversary concert, The Amber Trust is delighted to confirm Sunday’s Annual Concert will be broadcast live on the internet, in association with new sponsor Caterlyst.
The concert – to be held once again in The Wathen Hall at St Paul’s School, Barnes – was streamed exclusively online in 2020 due to the pandemic, but returns for a paying live audience on September 26 at 3:30pm.
The partnership with Caterlyst means music lovers, Amber supporters and Trust beneficiaries across the UK, unable to attend in person, will be able to watch the performance via the Trust’s YouTube channel.
A broadcast of last year’s show helped raise more than £4,500 and the subsequent video has attracted more than 3,000 views to date. It is hoped viewers will again show their support by donating the cost of a concessionary ticket (£10) via Amber’s text donation service.
Announcing the partnership, which will see Caterlyst branding feature in the broadcast and the concert programme, CEO Mark Gallie said:
“Caterlyst is immensely proud to sponsor this broadcast in support of The Amber Trust and the fantastic work they do for blind and partially sighted children.”
Caterlyst provides unique business intelligence to the out-of-home marketplace. Its leading all in one Data, Marketing and Sales Management Platform has a proven track record of helping businesses grow within the hospitality, foodservice and on-trade sectors.
Tickets for the show, which starts at 3:30pm, cost £20 (concessions £10), with all proceeds going to the Trust to help continue its work in supporting visually impaired children and young adults – and those with additional disabilities – to reach their musical potential.
