Location – Remote with occasional travel for meetings or events
Hours – Part time 3 or 4 days per week, negotiable
Contract – Permanent
Salary range – (NJC Scale 29 – 32) currently £35, 411 – £38, 296 (pro-rata)
Annual Leave – 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and Christmas closure dates, pro-rata
The Music Services Manager will oversee Amber’s music services: Little Amber, AmberPlus, With Music in Mind and Workshops. The postholder will be confident and sensitive when liaising with children and families, freelance music practitioners, and other stakeholders. A commitment to ensuring Amber’s Safeguarding and GDPR principles are adhered to is essential. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in music and working with children and families. The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within our small and friendly core team, whilst managing a cohort of freelance music practitioners across the UK.
