Location – Home based with at least one day per week at our office in Roehampton University, London
Hours – Part time 30 hours per week
Contract – Permanent
Salary range – (NJC 23-25) currently FTE of £27,741 – £29,577 per annum pro-rata for part time of .8FTE


The Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the varied and rewarding work that takes place at The Amber Trust. You will need to have extensive experience of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and IT applications, including CRM and document management tools. As the first point of contact, responding to general enquiries via phone and email, you will engage with a wide range of Amber’s stakeholders including beneficiaries, families, fundraisers, volunteers, supporters, and patrons. You will need to be a strong communicator, be well organised, with attention to detail and comfortable with multi-tasking.
