Fundraising Administrator

The Trust and Foundations Fundraising Administrator will report directly to the CEO and support them on raising vital income to support Amber’s services and activities. You will help in researching and writing for Trust and Foundation applications as well as support in identifying potential new sources of funding.

Music Services Manager

The Music Services Manager will oversee Amber’s music services: Little Amber, AmberPlus, With Music in Mind and Workshops. The postholder will be confident and sensitive when liaising with children and families, freelance music practitioners, and other stakeholders. A commitment to ensuring Amber’s Safeguarding and GDPR principles are adhered to is essential.

Music Practitioners

The Amber Trust is seeking freelance music practitioners to work with blind and partially sighted children and young people and their families, as part of our Little Amber, AmberPlus and With Music in Mind music services, and to run music workshops in schools and community settings. We operate across the UK, and are particularly looking for practitioners able to work in London, Scotland, Berkshire, Hampshire Gloucestershire and Dorset.

Diversity

The Amber Trust seeks to create an environment in which diversity and the contributions of all staff are recognised and valued in all that they do. We are committed to ensuring that all applications are treated equally regardless of race, colour, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, gender, disability, age, sexual orientation or identity.

We encourage applications from those who have lived experience of sight loss. We guarantee an interview for all applicants with disabilities who demonstrate, within their application, sufficient evidence to meet the essential criteria for the role.

Support and Access

Both application packs are available in Word, PDF, Large Print and Audio format.
We will support your access requirements for applying, interviewing, or carrying out the role. If the role is offered to you, we will work with you to complete an Access to Work claim for your access provision.

If you have any access requirements, or if we can make any reasonable adjustments so that the application or interview process is more accessible to you, please email beverley@turtonhr.com.
