At lunchtime on Monday 18 November, the Royal Albert Hall hosted a once-in-a-lifetime concert in the Elgar Room, with Derek Paravicini and Amber beneficiaries Ashleigh, Lilly, Francis and Zoe performing. The event was one of a series of fantastic opportunities provided by the Hall as part of the year-long Charity Partnership. Tickets were sold out and the afternoon was a huge success, with audience and performers all having had a wonderful afternoon.
In addition, the previous two evenings were spent bucket collecting at the Hall at Amber Patron Jools Holland’s concerts. Thirty incredible volunteers collected an astonishing £2,500 over the two nights.
Amber is so grateful to the Hall for these opportunities, not just for being able to raise much-needed funds but also to raise Amber’s profile and generate some exciting new relationships and support for the charity.
