Sophie joined Amber as CEO in September 2024 and is responsible for strategic leadership of the organisation.
Sophie has worked in the arts learning sector for more than 25 years, championing the role that the arts play in young people’s lives. She has worked for organisations including Wiltshire Music Connect, Salisbury Festival, Hampshire Dance, Youth Dance England and Brighton Dome & Festival.
When she’s not working for Amber, she is busy being a mum and enjoying the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
