A musical workshop with Sight for Surrey

Last November, Amber put on a workshop in collaboration with Sight for Surrey, a vision impairment charity based in Surrey.

Students with a vision impairment attended the workshop with their parents. Amber Music Practitioner Paul Cavaciuti led a fun music-making session for the children and their families to enjoy.

Sharn from Sight for Surrey said, ‘It was a massive success and our children absolutely loved it. Paul was brilliant at getting everyone involved and giving each child their time to shine! He also was amazing at getting them all to sing together and giving them a range of different instruments and songs to try.’

Workshops for the children and their families

As part of the services we offer, Amber facilitates workshops for children with vision impairment throughout the year. We run some of these workshops in collaboration with other organisations, such as Sight for Surrey. These sessions a great opportunity for the children and families to meet each other and socialise.
